Congress Passes HEA Reauthorization
Yesterday, both the House and Senate overwhelmingly passed legislation - H.R. 4137, the Higher Education Opportunity Act - to reauthorize the Higher Education Act of 1965. H.R. 4137 passed the House by a vote of 380-49 and the Senate by a vote of 83-8.
