Department of Education Announces Completion of ABCP Conduit and Loan Purchase Programs for 09-10
The U.S. Department of Education announced on Friday that agreements have been finalized for the Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Conduit and the Loan Purchase and Participation Programs for 2009-2010 loans.
