Keene State Student Wins $1,000 College Scholarship from NHHEAF
A Keene State College student was randomly chosen as the first winner of the Take it to the Bank Scholarship Giveaway sponsored by the NHHEAF Network Organizations. Rachel McNeal, a Concord resident, was the first of seven winners to be chosen for the monthly raffle.
